Hey it's the "humans are less human in the future" anon. I'm adding Bart and Thad having tapetum lucidum to my headcanon so they do the cat eyeshine thing but Thads is more sensitive/prominent so his eyes do it way more often. Currently trying to decide if it makes sense for their own lightening trails to set the shine off. I know speedsters eyes sometimes glow when they're really tapped into the speed force so it might mix in with that? Idk
